Given the recent update about BTF motherboard support and the proposed workaround for it, I wonder if for that reason (and perhaps there are others as well), there is a new revision of the OpenBenchtable already in development?

	Evening Folks.

Had issues with my Thermaltake Tower 500 and my RX 6800 XT, so someone local was selling the BC1, looks intrigued me, so purchased it cheaply.

Anyway thoughts are its an awesome piece of kit, sturdy too. Due to not seeing my LCD AIO, I have someone printing some feet so it can stand up sort of speak.

Anyway, quick question. I have the NZXT Z73 AIO, 360MM,

1. is there anyone else using a 360mm radiator on the mount?

	2. Is the small plastic support ok for the weight, of a 360?

	3. Has anyone 3d printed a bracket of sort, so I could use all 4 supports instead of 2?

	Hi team

Just some feedback, if you make the side "holes" used for the fans support a bit bigger to support the "normal" feet screews we could use that to place the feet on the sides.

I'm thinking on using BC1 mini as a under desk flat motherboard supoport and placing the PSU support on the side would be great.

The stock hardware isn't complete, so you end up with not all the ATX mobo supports and such. I see they sell an extra hardware kit.

In the OBT Mini product webpage, it says a 'full size ATX power supply unit' can be mounted to the Mini.

https://openbenchtable.com/mini/#psu

But, in the Specifications page, it says 'SFX and SFX-L' size power supply units are supported.

https://openbenchtable.com/specifications/

These 2 contradict each other. Which one is correct?

I would think, SFX/SFX-L only is more logical. But I still like this to be officially confirmed.

Hey guys,

We are working on the logistics to be able to supply additional spare parts (screws / brackets / PCI-E stand) but, yesterday I wanted to try to 3D print brackets to see how that was possible and if it worked well

Total making time is actually quite shot. 7min. We ran the 3D printer slower as it had some issues with the full speed ^^ So took me about 10 min per piece.

The final pieces are fairly solid, I tried to break one between my fingers and ... impossible.

Since we will be adding the source file of the website next week, this will be going to the first projects posted on there and anyone that want to make these as spares for his table can.

Hey guys,

Just wanted to share some information about the Streacom BC1 and the OBT Open Benchtable. The BC1 will be in retail by December (I think) and we'll update with links below.

The main difference between the OBT and the BC1 is the traveler sleeve and the limited edition engraving. The BC1 is fully compatible with all the OBT mods/tools, so you don't have to worry about that.

Will update the list when I find more time

//17/02 Update: full list on the Open Benchtable website Stock - Open Benchtable

:celebration:

I came across an amazing water cooling build with BC1. The owner has made tons of custom made accessories (water blocks, cable combs...etc).

Very beautiful. Click into his link to take a look. You will definitely enjoy!

P.S. anyone knows what is happening with the new forum? It has been down for quite some time.

So I've been pretty excited about getting mine in, doubly so given the number my order had as I'm somewhat of a Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy fan.... Before I write anything else though, I'm rather curious about two things....

- Why does the number of the table I was sent (47/200) NOT match my order number (1042)?

- Why is there a fairly large scratch as well as a chip on a new product, and blatantly obvious ones at that?

Actual review and proper pics to come later on once I've calmed down, as I'm kind of rather livid right now.

Even tho it is not necessary to have this for Extreme OC doing a Neoprene mattress that would fit perfectly between the mobo and the base of the Benchtable could be fun and useful.

What should be in it and what should not be missed ?

Some ideas :

- pre-cutted holes for the spacers

- Pre cutted Square space below the CPU socket (to allow for different heights of CPU mounting system / backplate to be used.)

@Roman : what is the dimension of the backplate on the Fusion / The new one ?

-Space to have Shop towel between the motherboard and the insulation

- Foam split in 2 part to adjust depending on the height of the backplate.

Size suggestion :

- 255 * 315mm : this give overall a 5mm extra on each sides and should not limit any systeme to be plugged.

- 25mm height : that is the size of the Spacer

Materials :

- Armaflex

- Shop Towel

System to produce : Waterjet cutting

Update : Looking for motherboard blueprints

Update 2 :

I am doing an analysis of the socket position on about 88+ motherboards.
