I was wondering if those voltages which are written on the memory sticks are quick tests. For his best binned memory I would have expected the voltages on air to be Or maybe scaling on ln2 is better because of the 8155 print. I just checked my own PI (ST) and BDBG (Kingston 2250 C9 Hyper X) for results and these are max 1.75v / 1.76v for 2600 c8. My BDBG actually beets my PSC hands down (all air).

As I said in the other thread: I've seen Samsung 1Gbit G-die do 1400 9-12-12 before and I've seen these chips on 2GB G.Skill 1333C9/1600C9-rated modules from 2011-2012. So who knows, maybe somewhere in the wild there is a G-die set on proper PCB that is capable of 1466 8-12-12 with tRFC of just 88

All 4 sticks up for sale are binned Kingston 2666c10 SPD from Splave's personal collection. To my knowledge, Kingston never sold this kit in retail, but they do have serial numbers so I would consider them "non-retail". Out of all the Sammy DDR3 I have ever tested, very few could even boot 2933c9 let alone be 32M stable (and some lowest passing voltage I have ever seen). Each stick was tested in single mode in the outside black slot with a heatsink and fan. They ship just as you see them...naked with no other packaging or documentation. Also samsung is a lot less stress on the IMC, I have seen multiple Haswell chips fail 2666C8 PSC no matter what and run 2800+C9 Samsungs. Apart from Haswell, on Ivy one could give them a go too! Actually I'll just throw a pair of sammies next to a 3770k and see how far I get! Set in bios. I don't recall what the disparity is between real and bios for Z97 OCF, but I believe it was pretty close. I can give you 'real' voltage values on Monday if you want.
