    L429B785 is capable of 4.5GHz with 1.284v...not the best out there but definitely better than my L427C532 that needed 1.4v and wasn't stable...

    All of my results on hwbot with a 4770k were made with a L310B487: 1M 5.0GHz with 1.2v, 32M with 1.29v, 4.9GHz 3D stable with 1.29v, 4.5GHz with 1.15 Linx AVX2 stable, 5.1GHz 1.3v SPI1M... Everything on air, by now.
