Same Problem here. My Ultra-D does nearly 290 Mhz an then it's over. Same CPU and RAM on my A8N SLI do 350 MHz, and the Ultra-D was at 305 MHz 3 months ago. But now there's no way. -.- Does anyone have an idea what could be that?
