  1. That’s alright, I’ll run this again with another board and processor. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but I cannot push a decent score on this benchmark and Unigine heaven. I get slightly better results with my 1070ti than I can with the 1080ti. I’ll re-run this with another setup shortly. Thanks.
  2. They certainly do. The biggest challenge is finding The balance between the massive amount of heat it generates vs the voltage required to run all cores at higher clock speeds for the duration of a particular benchmark.
  3. Perfect thank you. I’d take a few photos with my machine and the screen in the background if I got a score. Can anyone submit the new Cinebench benchmark or is it only for the pro class?
  4. I have actually but there doesn’t seem to be very many submissions. I’m starting to think it’s apart of the game plan. I don’t think the guys are submitting their best or even close to. When I last checked only one benchmark had submissions the others didn’t have any. I reckon they’ve all got some good submissions and they’re just waiting it out until someone starts and then we’ll see the big scores coming out.
  5. Will do. What’s the requirement for info tabs and displaying cpuz with the new Cinebench Extreme? I’m running 1920x1080 and there isn’t much space left on the screen with this one, is it ok to take two screenshots one showing the unobstructed render window and another with all the information tabs?
  6. Sorry which monitoring tool should we use? Should I be ticking the monitoring box on the GUI it’s self? Cheers. Ah ok Ive just seen someone using hardware info. I’ll make sure I use it for the 49fps submission.
  7. I think you’re right. I’ll have a look when I get home and amend if needed. I must say the way in which you’ve pointed out and raised this in a very polite and professional way is really good. When I first started getting into this I’d mistakenly post the wrong benchmark or didn’t have all the required tabs for cpuz or gpuz and the way certain people and especially the more senior guys would react in such an agressive way. The way you guys have brought this up is encouraging to know that there a few senior guys around that we look up to study their scores clocks similarities and think how can I do that too. I think this sport needs more encouragement and mentoring from the senior guys to people who are starting out. I appreciate the way in which you guys have responded to this thanks.
  8. I just selected the preference for performance over quality option in AMD settings and best performance over appearance for programs in windows.
  9. Thanks for the clarification. So it would just be a matter of time I guess before submissions made outside of competitions are moderated and blocked. I have a few submissions where I'm in the top 5 however a few members above me have been using the incorrect or not approved operating systems for the bench. I look forward to them being blocked so my ranking is higher however I'm not one to report other users and cause conflict so Ill wait and let nature take its course :) Thanks again, cheers.
  10. Hi Leeghoofd, just to clarify the operating system requirements. Where it mentions all new submissions in Win8/Win10 for benchmarks not mentioned in the allowed category will be blocked. So for those mentioned benchmarks I would be ok using say my Win7 pro image on the same hardware? How is this regulated at the moment for submissions that have been made after this rule was passed? I have made a few submissions using Win10 for CB, SPI and a few others but my score and submissions are still valid it seems. Thanks.
