yes; that was after losing a good 50-100 mhz on the gpu and without ideal effi (compared to what we saw during better runs). There should be another 2-3k in it.

Use the guide here + Asmedia sata ports and you should be fine.
Both XP.iso and XP64.iso on gdrive work on Z790 so you can have one usb from which you can install both.
