I changed Process Core Ratio to 50, Cache Ratio to 30, and AVX ratio offset to 2. I also opened my front door so the ambient temperature is 8C. I do not know if opening a door is considered cheating. In addition to a Kraken X72 for cooling the CPU, I also mounted a fan inside the chassis to blow air on the Quadro RTX 4000 and across the Intel X299. The front panel of my Be Quiet! Silent Base 801 case has been removed to improve airflow.
