  1. Hey, I've got a quick question. No matter what I do, it seems like there is a driver or other issue causing only the "save file" part of the HWBot wrapper for Heaven DX9 to crash the completed benchmark. I've uninstalled and re-installed everything multiple times, drivers and programs alike, and no success fixing this- it's not just trying to cut a corner. I've got jpg screencaps with both cpu-z and the gpu-z info up- could I somehow submit these to count for an official score? Thanks either way guys.
  2. I've been submitting some good benches recently, but not enough to have had my total jump this much if they were just now added into my ranking points. I went from around 39 total points to 78.9 tonight. I'm now ranked #38 in the US after having been #75 earlier today. I'm not bragging, I'm confused because nothing on my side was worth adding that may points. What gives? Did the way totals are calculated change, is this an error or was I just getting robbed out of points for a while?
  3. I don't know who made the final call on this one, but it still is a fail by Asus for not having the person in place who is competent enough to argue the business case. The company is free to do whatever it wants, but I'm just letting them know as a consumer, my reaction is certainly helping the business case for why it might be a bad idea to exclude a huge group of users who are very brand loyal to you at this point. The "private businesses can do whatever they think makes the best business sense"" is exactly right, but so is the connected idea that "but if it upsets their target market, they won't be able to afford to keep doing it that way very long".
  4. Two massive fails by my favorite computing company with this. First, in excluding the US from at least running it's own version if excluded worldwide participation. Second, for alienating half of their users by not giving AMD and Intel CPU's their own divisions. It's fine if YOU don't like AMD as a consumer- but if you are going to base half your lineup around their chips, accommodation should be given to those who purchase them from you.
