On my UNIFY-X, Dragon Center v2.0.95.0 distributed by official support failed to change the CPU clock. After installing v2.0.96.0 on the B550 TOMAHAWK support page, I was able to make the change successfully. https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/MAG-B550-TOMAHAWK#down-driver&Win10 64
