Is the location of the chip relevant to its value?

Hello again Sometime ago got a review sample from AMD, as it turns out it easily clocks to 4,5GHz and it has similar performance to 7820X @ 5,05GHz How much is it worth? Heard the chips that hit 4,5 are rare or require high v, is it true?

tbh i got a few offers above 1k already. i get it. i also dont like to throw around name of original owner and he is a big name in here anyway thank you for support!

i doubt it was ever tested at xoc as it died the second it was bought and was RMA immediately, and came back from RMA april 2019 and it was already too late and the reason im considering selling it is that it has a bit of a coil whine, especially at high fps and i mostly play WoW Classic @120hz :D and on the other hand i have absolute silent evga 2080ti - no point in keeping both...

i think that the main difference is that i dont "need to get rid of it"
