For this case spcific case of hardware sharing, extensive video proof was provided to clear things up everything is ok. Thx to @ShaggySVK and @Slovak_Killer for their cooperation and quick reply.

Yes that would still be considered ambient. We have that debate every year when winter arrives.

This is just the old ambient debate, it was ruled that benching outside or setting up a reservoir or radiator outside during winter isn't considered chilled.

I don't think it's a great idea, atm there's too much "cheating by accident" ...........half the community would be banned. Until ppl start reviewing their score themselves before uploading the situation won't improve. On a more serious note it would be good in theory but this thread showed that it can get personnal and that would lead to unfair decision. Most ppl would like hard rules, but they're also the first to say it's unfair when they themselves make " mistakes" (I'd like to point out that many of them do know all the possible little tweaks, but when it comes to those bug/tweaks/cheats.... suddenly they know nothing). My go to is normally 1-2 warning with score deleted and if they keep using cheats or lillegal tweaks, well you deserve a block or ban.

yes like how someone bugged geekbench3 memory score twice even after receiving warnings... and never got blocked or banned for it.

Nothing wrong with the 01se c3/x4 category. As for the timing. I don't choose when someone upload a bugged/cheated score.
