    I just got a 13700kf from a black friday deal and when i run XTU2 HWbot says its an eng sample. it's not an intel confidential ihs and i'm using a z690. hwbot or intel XTU bug?

    Thermal velocity boost downclocks the cpu to 4.63mhz.... 4477 points with it disabled https://hwbot.org/submission/4813741_

    thermal velocity boost was downclocking the chip to 4.63, disabling it fixed the clock
