Allow it and keep it as one imo. It could be worth it, for hwbot might get a burst of subs and activity for the site with old and new people subbing to keep their places, but it also might not have that effect. I don't know. Also, with DDR5, DIMM size will hopefully ramp up, so going beyond 10b might be worth considering at some point. That's my 2p on it.

I've had some success with setting the offset to -1 in bios then booting to windows and installing XTU and setting the offset to 0 in the XTU software then rebooting and it does a proper 0 offset.

Any word on if F23a is any good? I got this mobo with a 13600KF and some A die, and an RTX 30 series GPU X4b would hang on A2 or A9 codes with it installed in either slot but worked fine with a GT710 I tried X6h, and the card works fine, but it is IMO super slow to post, and a brief attempt at memory OC didn't work out well; I'm still learning DDR5, so that it could be a skills issue; I don't know. I might give F23a a go to see if it's any better, but I would like to ask if anyone else has tried it first.
