  1. Hello! And thank you for the response! I believe I may have solved it? Even though the temp on the 29300ish run was 97 degrees, I thought perhaps it was throttling? So I lowered the temp in my room to 65F and ran it again. Not only did I raise the P cores to 5.5 I also lowered my CL to 13. It was good enough to get me a 29592! And #93 in the ranking. Definitely thought bringing it up to 5.5 would have raised my score more than it did (especially with lowering the CL at the same time) but it is what it is, I'm just having a lot of fun learning about everything! If you see anything else I could improve here please let me know! EDIT: I forgot to mention that I never took a screenshot of the 29300 run because I didn't save it. So just added this run of the 29592.
  2. Hello! I start off by apologizing for not knowing where to put this. If it's in the wrong place please remove. I am new here and new to overclocking in general, so again I apologize for asking a question that might seem obvious? So I have a 12900k and have been playing around the last few weeks with BenchMate (for the first time). So far my best score has been 29515 on 12900k-ddr4 on an AIO. Today I decided that about the only thing I could do was bump my P Cores from 5.4 to 5.5. After running 3 runs I was consistently hitting 29300ish? How is this possible? I know I am missing something but don't know what. I did look to see if it had actually bumped up to 5.5 and it had. So what am I missing? Thanks to anyone who can offer some wisdom, I would be very grateful to hear it.
  3. In stead of making a new thread I figure I should just jump in here and say that I am also looking for a Gold 10900k.
