Too stupid to work out how to install HWBOTprime

Thank you i have found the file -
I want to compete in the rookie competition but have no idea how to install Hwbotprime. I have installed Java Runtime Environment 8.0 build 51 (64-bit) And hwbotprime-0.8.3.zip No where in the folder can i see something that resembles the correct thing im supposed too run. Please could someone help this idiot out
