[Intel Customer Support refuse to replace my 5960x]

mine died from what looked like a Debug Code 60 fault, must be the IMC that died. Volts were on AUTO as well.

I had alot of trouble with this board.

 

First, it turned off and turned on randomly.

The memtest runs had errors even with xmp profile 2

It disabled the M.2 drive when an 8x RAID card is plugged into the last PCIe slot. The raid card didn't like to run at 4x.
