I only have 512 MB sticks though Don't use an Ultra B, unless you're into bios corruption. Mine does the same thing. AN7 or NF7 is the way to go. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get it to POST again, but after that its okay. All I have is an Ultra B so it's kind of DFI or die.
