Hmmm, Used the BIOS to do virtually the only tweak allowed: stop the CPU from automatically adjusting its clock speed (fixed to 2.3G not ramping to 3.3G anymore). This robbed me of a huge number of HWBOT points - BUT the CPU runs more than 10C cooler, and the Windows 7 CPU benchmark remains unchanged at 7.5. So what does that mean?
