Hi, how big voltage is "safe" for such processor?

I have 2695 v3, w/o increasin voltage I can achieve only 105.5 blck

    You would have had more perf with bclk set to 105 max. After this the QPI link drops to 4ghz whereas with 105 you are hiting 4.8ghz. You could have reached nearly 6000 with limited efforts.
