ASUS Rampage IV Extreme 5.5 3960X ( cooler if you want)

Featured Replies

Gotta sell my good old 3960X now after many years of fun and joy :(

Item Details

Rampage IV Rampage

- with the box in good condition as well as most of the accessories (maybe some sata cables missing but manual, oc key etc is all included)

- one pin didn't survived one of the first sessions but it never made a difference - board still runs fine

- unfortunatly the black ram slots stopped working some time ago - I can only use the red channel and sometimes only double-channel (yet in all red slots), I have no idea if it is the board or cpu - no other board to check

- didn't try re-seating the CPU or cleaning the contacts, as it lately was an un-used system and I am short on time for testing old hardware

hand-picked 3960X

~5550 max on single stage for "small benches" and ~5150-5200 on single stage fully loaded...never had the chance to give it LN2...but it loves cold for sure

~5100 MHZ max on air 1m

Price

Let's say 750€ including shipping within EU and you can play with it - it has some minor bugs but still kicks ass when you freeze it...can send you the cooler with it if you want
