Gigabyte X99 SOC Force Champion -DDR4

So, anyone had a good play about with sammy e die on this and compared to mfr? Been away with work for a bit and will need to decide if it's worth keeping a quad set of e die at hand for x99.

 

And what would be the concensus on running 1.9 vdimm on x99.....?

Reviving an old topic and switching from to B-die. Here's a 32M run on SS, far from maxed but gives you an idea that the Haswell-E IMC really isn't that bad:

1M passed 1800, pretty sure 32M would get there too. I don't even remember if maxmem was set as it's an old run.

Nice, all these old results were mfr Hynix mate....not great memory and needed them cold to get them moving, would of loved to try this platform with b-die back in the day. 

 

The mfr Hynix did do better on cold on z170 tho, still no match for b-die
