Nice gesture! Do top-20 scores still need a verified FM link? If so, can multiple benchers use these keys and link them to their account?

Yes, those are official keys so they can be used for online validation. However, scores might not show up under your own account but under HWBOT's account. It will be fixed if it hasn't been yet.
