February 7, 20169 yr Do you use latest versions with latest patch if available? If not, try compability mode if this works Hi Michael, 3d2011 - latest version with latest systemInfo. Does not even start even in compatibility mode. Catzilla - starts and freezes the pc. Critical process died. Both bought and paid. Run perfectly on other machines with Win7. Ideas ?

February 8, 20169 yr 3D2011 repaired successfully. Here is the deal with Catzilla after an extensive search. Upon installation, just before finishing the installation ( as Admin with elevated rights ), it gives an error HwInfo.dll init 1 failed-driver not installed, and everything freezes. Tried to register manually with the regsvr32 command the two .dll files ( hwinfo.dll and hwinfo64.dll ) but no result. Anyone has the same issue under win 10 ? Suggestions ? ( besides re-installing windows 7 ). Thanks.
