Please Add Samsung SM-G930F Galaxy S7

Samsung released 2 new Android devices on march 11th.

 

The Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 edge.

 

Please add those to the hardware database.

 

There seem to be different versions of those depending on the region on the globe. The CPU for example depends on thee exact type number.

 

My device SPECS:

Samsung SM-G930F Galaxy S7

CPU: ARMv8,

CPU part: Exynos 8 Octa (8890-soc)

# cpu cores: 8

cpu speed: up to 2600MHz quad-core mongoose and 1.6 MHz Quad-core Cortex-A53

GPU type: Mali-T880 MP12

Memory: 4096 kb

Massman said devices should be automatically get added once users run hwbot prime app. I think there is something wrong here, as I couldnt imagine that you didnt tried before. So did you?

I just ran hwbot prime with my Samsung s7 edge phone and it says 2d validation failed: processor is required for 2D benchmark.

Could it be something in Android 6.0.1 not finding the correct cpu info as my Samsung s6 device is recognized on android 5.x.x?

Just checked today and Exynos 8 is still not recognized. Hopefully it gets in the system before the end of the Div 6 round 2

Seems the phone is not legit for div VI round 2 competition because it's not part of the RISC cpu architecture

I checked (for as far my knowledge goes lol) and it should be in the same categorie I think so risc can be added :

Its simply a problem that I cant set the processor architecture in db. AFAIK only Massman can do. Tasked him, he probably do this after Computex.
