Trying to uses XTU, but was not sure what the recommended setting are for stock Heatsink and Fan with Intel Core i7-4770. Like to overclock it to 4 GHZ if possible. Any Suggestions for the group? Also is there a way to download someone else settings? From Video I watched look like it was possible??

yes, you can download settings at results of 4770k category, there are options. Please note that xtu puts full load on the cpu, good cooling helps a lot. You can also try to find settings yourself, often simply setting mulitplicator and vcore fo the job at 4- 4,5ghz depending on cpu quality
