Hai,

a multi-cpu-Setup with xeon/opteron is not allowed, but what about a Xeon e5-2670 in a single-socket Mainboard?

Blöd mit dem Englisch! Ich lese die Regeln so, daß grundsätzlich multi-cpu-Setups verboten sind - da steht aber für meine Englischkenntnisse, daß grundsätzlich alle Xeon und Opteron verboten sind; auch wenn sie auf einem single-socket Mainboard verbaut sind. Das sollte überarbeitet werden.
