Gigabyte GTX470 SOC - vDDR voltmode!

hi again:)

 

because SOC series it is a problem to unlock the voltages for many of you, i made the vmem voltmode!

 

mem pwm controller is ONsemi NCP5395 witch is full of protection ..

 

ILIM ( resistance smd 17.38k stock value) is responsable with OCP

ROSC(resistance smd 18.1k stock value) with switching freq

 

first of all you should separated the circuit between ROSC and ILIM , resistances are in series , that mean when you lowered the ressistance from ILIM pin to GND , will lowered automaticly and ROSC resistance , that mean you will affect the switching freq aswell!!! don´t touch it:)
