official supported motherboard list: Tested Compatible Motherboards with the Intel® SSD 750 Series

but i think it should be bootable on any motherboard with proper NVMe supported bios, at least all Z97, Z170, X99 boards. it worked fine for me with all Asus Maximus VII, VIII series and Gigabyte X99 Champion.
