This means that any warranty claim is immediately turned down. Other than that, and if lapping is not an object to a potential buyer, I think that 230-240 Euros for 4790K ( there are quite a few doing 5ghz on water with much less voltage ) and less than 300 Euros for I7-6700K. Market is very slow, active overclockers-benchers are less and less every day, and I think that you will be lucky to sell even at these prices.
