New 2020 scores: Require CPU-Z 1.91 or newer version

Please tell me, if tessellation is allowed? The first 3 places, in the skydiver test on the r9 290x with tessellation turned off and the screenshots show invalid score. Is this acceptable?

I removed the ones from 2020. the rest is dated way back when Tess was still allowed....

it doesn't seem right to change the rules in the race.

One can not please everybody with new rules. Skydiver wasn't that popular and if we used it in competitions we already invoked the VALID verification  link.  This decision made it far more accessible and also compatible with the Hall of Fame at Futuremark. For some older cards it might be difficult to catch the top scores, at least when one keeps the card on stock cooler, hence why it will never get global points.
