Hi everyone, I am new here and I am wondering if anyone can tell me what is a good OC on an i5-4690K with a z97 motherboard? 4.4 (1.22v with Adapter mode on) or 4.5 or 4.6? I ran it yesterday at 4.6Ghz and if I recall voltages were around 1.379v. Not sure if that is to high for that chip. Thanks!

Settle for daily at 4.6 at 1.3Vcore or such.. For short benching sessions you can go higher for sure
