*Please note, that XP Pro 64-bit detects logical (i.e. hyperthreaded) cores of 2700K as physical - as you can see in the left plane of CB window. (this happens because there are only SP2-level patches for it, and not SP3 like for 32-bit Win XP.) **To make it see logical cores correctly a specific patch for WIN SERVER 2003 must be applied manually (KB932370) which is NOT part of standard WinXP Pro 64-bit distribution (not received from MS Update) ***So don't blame the overclocker for this MS bug, please.
