I've been charged to sell Gamer's hardware, first up some working motherboards (tested for booting into bios) VGA's will follow later. Boards only, no accessoiries

On the asus commando have you tried booting it with something pata plugged in? I had a very specific issue on my OG crosshair formula where it would hang at cpu init code unless it had a pata drive plugged in. It took some digging around to find that it was a known issue.

Might also be worth trying with some low power dimms if you have them, assuming that it is in fact this retarded design flaw that is listed here that you're experiencing.
