I have honestly never heard of this motherboard. Only Z97, Z170, and Z370 Force LN2. Is mem oc any better/worse?

Offtopic, these have been used during the HWBOT world tour stop at CES Las Vegas 2017, e.g. Steponzi running over 6600Mhz on not so special 7700Ks, mems close to 2000Mhz (with bclocking)

I cant see how it could be any worse than the Z170 board, appears to have same phase cpu/ram vrm.
BTW tWRWR_dr and _dd easily go to 5 and 4 is possible as well

I have observed Stavros, that on eBay ( don't flame me ), there are maniac collectors paying an arm and a leg for such super rare items.

Maybe you should consider this option ?
