I was wondering if anyone is currently or has/had tried to have a 9th gen i7-9900k work with ASUS ROG Maximus IX Extreme LGA1151 mobo? I spoke to asus after not realizing that this cpu is not on their list. I was told at first there is a bios update to do and it would work. Then I was told it's incompatible. I did see an old post(with in this yr) where someone said there's a beta bios for this gen of CPU's. If anyone has the file I would be more than happy to take part. Im open to most suggestions and tips but I will not solder the mobo yet bc it is still in the return window.

I modded bios with coffetime 0.83, maked pinmod. Now my Maximus IX Extreme work with i9-9900t es.  But now without HT.
