I don't know how exactly good it is versus average just that this was better than the rest of 19 i tested. Does 4800 mhz cinebench r15 undelidded with 25 degrees room temp , 1.27v set in bios llc6 on Rampage VI Apex. With a delid 5 ghz benchable should be easy on water as clearly the temps you see in screenshot are not great. Comes tray and has intel warranty still available.
