And there is a limited number of "slots" (maybe 20 people is maximum for room occupation or something)? The space has room for 24+ benchers so no issue there. Think I'll ask each confirmed bencher for $210 to cover the event space and ln2 (actual quote for the ln2 is still pending, I left a voicemail today as a follow up). Think we'll accept attendees up until about a week before the event. If we add extra people and the per person cost drops, I'll either pay people the difference between the $210 and whatever the final per person costs come out to or we'll spend it on food, beverages, a cash prize or something else we all agree on. I know i have to bring my own stuff but what happens with big volume peripherals like the display monitor? Targeting Friday 7:30am for ln2 delivery then we be rollin'. Depending how merry my Thursday is, may need a volunteer to cover me for tank delivery, delivery guy schmoozing and tipping. You /r guys seem much more sane than me, maybe 1 of you guys could do it if I'm miserable? It's nerdchristmas! Ho-ho-hooo!!!
