Indeed it is - 2HP - 24.000BTU, made by the master Nachtfalke. Idles at -64c and under full load on the I9-7960X, it wont drop below 55-56c for sustained stress :)

The issue never existed on Apex VI. And of course it does not now. Even with my "other" Apex VI, that sits sad in one closet ( expecting a solution for usb overcurrent protection ).

Problem was only with AsRock.
