Need help to chose Raid card.

Hello i am building a media server because if have been donated 12x4 Tb Seagate disks and i want them in raid 0 to get them fast they will only contain large video files 2.5K 4K- 5K 8K

and they will be used to downlad on with my 100mb/s fiber connection.

but here is my problem what raid card should get? i have a dell H310 but there is no cashe on it. 

Is there some one who can help me out?
