I'm sorry. I have seen badly, I thought CPU-Z.

However for win 98 and 2000 Powerstrip is used.

Old versions of GPU-Z should work in 2k. For example 0.4.6 worked for me https://hwbot.org/submission/1074470_havli_3dmark2001_se_radeon_7200_ddr_4634_marks

Cool, it's working. Running 3DMark2000 as we speak, will run 01 later.
