HP 3396 MB... bios/Q77 chipset sucks for overclocking...but overall performance is ok with the turbo mode kicking in and some voltage increases via XTU.

You may be able to edit and unlock the bios using 7zip to unpack the bios exe and using AMIBCP, then set items you don't normally see to user privelege level https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-GUIDE-How-to-modify-AMI-MSI-BIOS-to-unlock-full-features-UEFI-Aptio4
