For which model Lightning? If the 2080Ti, I don't know that any of the MSI XOC tools were released to the public for those cards

there are like 2 versions of abx for 2080Ti but only for XOCers chosen by MSI.

I dont think the NDA is finished, u should probably give up about trying to get abx
