What is your exact issue, it doesn't boot or crashes in windows ?

Could be a memory controller limit, I have one that does not go above 3466, no matter which board/rams or timings I use..

    IT wont boot above 3200  just cycles back a few times till bios reloads. Also the Asus x570 wont allow anything above 1.35v Its yellow and reverts if you change above 1.35v 

    What RAM is yours that runs 3466?  Thanks
