redux
Offers welcome! The last of my Elpida Hypers. All 32M tested in ChA on ASUS X58 (Rampage III Extreme or Rampage III Black Edition) with binned i7-990X at 6-7-5-20 timings. Corsair Dominator GT ver2.1 CMG6GX3M3A2000C8 or CMG4GX3M2A2000C8 (2000 8-8-8-24 1.65V): [$60] “R” (Rage Edition): 1082MHz 6-7-5-20 2.12V! May even clock further -- needs dual/triple channel to behave, and frequency seemed limited by the 2kc7 module used in channel B! [$30] -0016 “4”: 1037MHz 6-7-5-20 2.08V [$25] -0016 “2”: 1032MHz 6-7-5-20 2.15V. Needs dual/triple channel to behave. [$20] -1079 “4”: 992MHz 6-7-5-20 1.96V. Promising for lighter benches: 1052MHz 6-7-5-20 2.13V passed 8M! [$10] -0753 “OK”: 932MHz 6-7-5-20 1.96V G.Skill Perfect Storm F3-16000CL8T-6GBPS (2000 8-8-8-21 1.65V): [$30] 1037MHz 6-7-5-20 2.13V. Uses KO-8117 PCB. [DISCLAIMER FOR ELPIDA HYPERS: Hyper has a reputation for dying, including dying in shipping. Though personally I have not had much of an issue with this, I know many people who have, and I have put off selling this IC until now because of this risk. I will package carefully, but there is some risk of DOA.] ———————— All DDR3 binning results use 32M unless otherwise stated. No waza unless otherwise stated. All prices are before shipping. Can ship worldwide at buyer expense. PP F&F payment preferred (or G&S +3%). Bank wire transfer / Zelle also accepted. Imgur photos/albums attached for all items. Backup images: wave 1 items, wave 2 items, wave 3 items, all binning screenshots. Old timestamps: 1, 2, 3 SOLD ZONE (Waves 2/3): see here SOLD ZONE (Wave 1) Spoiler ***SOLD*** [$300] Socket 939 DDR1 Binning Bundle (including BH-5/TCCD/etc.) [Imgur]: DFI LANParty UT nF4 SLI-DR R.AD0 (nForce4 SLI). For parts/repair. Was not able to get an image on PCIe, and the CPU did not heat up. All debug LEDs light up. DFI LANParty UT nF4 SLI-DR Expert R.AC1 (nForce4 SLI). Athlon 64 X2 4400+ and Opteron 165 (including CPU tray). 102x sticks of DDR1 (in 4 trays), including 25x 256MB (SR), 70x 512MB (DR), and 7x 1GB (DR). A couple dozen of these sticks come from a lot I purchased a few years ago from a retired bencher, of good-bin BH-5, CH-5, and TCCD. Includes models such as Corsair 3200XL, Mushkin Enhanced Level II DDR433/PC3500 CL2, and DDR600/PC4800 kits from OCZ, GeiL, G.Skill, and Patriot. Some of these kits could go for a small fortune on eBay, but I’d rather these get the proper bench testing that I never was able to do. Aside from sticks randomly picked to test out boards/CPUs, I did not test my DDR1. All items were purchased as working, but should be considered “untested”. Some Socket 939 Athlon FX chips [Imgur]: ***SOLD*** [$50] FX-53 CAAGC, 0423VPMW. ***SOLD*** [$50] FX-55 CAA2C, 0442GPMW. ***SOLD*** [$50] FX-55 CABNE, 0524TPMW. ***SOLD*** [$250] Socket 775 DDR2 Binning Bundle (including all the interesting Micron revisions) [Imgur]: ASUS RAMPAGE FORMULA REV 1.00G (X48, DDR2). 2x E8500 and 2x Q9650 (including CPU tray). 128x sticks of DDR2 (in 5 trays), including 5x 512MB (DR), 7x 512MB (SR), 97x 1GB (DR), 12x 1GB (SR), and 7x 2GB (SR). All sticks I’ve accumulated off eBay over the years, looking for Micron Rev.A/Rev.B/Rev.D, AKA D9DQx “Fatbodies”, D9DCx “Widebodies”, and D9GCT/D9GMH/D9GKX “D9s”. Includes models such as Corsair 4300C3PRO, Crucial Ballistix 16FA, Crucial Ballistix 16FB3, Crucial Ballistix 800C4/1066C5 16FD2/16FD3/16FD5, Corsair/G.Skill 800C3, Corsair 9136C5D and 10000C5D. Some of these kits could go for a small fortune on eBay, but I’d rather these get the proper bench testing that I never was able to do. Aside from sticks randomly picked to test out boards/CPUs, I did not test my DDR2. All items were purchased as working, but should be considered “untested”. ***SOLD*** [$15] Lot of 10x locked LGA1155 chips [Imgur]: Sandy Bridge: Celeron G470, Pentium G620, Pentium G630, 2x Pentium G840 Ivy Bridge: Pentium G2030, Pentium G2030T, i3-3220, i3-3220T, i3-3240T Tray included. ***SOLD ELSEWHERE*** [$100] ASRock Z97 OC Formula REV. 1.02 (Z97) “#6”. Boxed; manuals, socket protector, and I/O shield included. [Imgur] Works fine, used for CPU/mem binning for about a year. For transparency, the voltage scaling on the B channel is a bit weaker than on the A channel, and I got another OCF which is a little better on this matter. With that said, the board is still plenty capable, e.g. of 1350MHz+ 8-12-8 and 1400MHz+ 8-13-8 32M PSC in dual channel, so this shouldn't be a huge concern for most users. Though I only ever took a handful cold, binning Haswell CPUs was one of my biggest projects over the last 4 years. These are among the best chips that I held onto from the 140 samples I binned. Almost all the chips I kept should have some cold potential, and hopefully others will be able to demonstrate that potential. (For example, the G3258s below are similar to a chip I sold three years ago that did 6.3+ on LN2. Of course, no guarantees!) Note that only Vcore is minimized; other voltages were adjusted to achieve min Vcore, but not fine-tuned. All testing done in SuperPi 32M, all-core/all-thread, 1.8VIN, and stock IMC volts, unless otherwise stated. [Imgur] G3258: 1. ***SOLD*** [$25] 3404C571 “#1” – 1.040V VID, 5.0GHz 1.42V, 5.1GHz 1.50V (2.2VIN). Sparks.nl
I tested the first sample briefly (4790k). So far at 2c/2t, it boots XP at 1.27v fine after a delide. Not sure if it can do lower and what pi 32M does after deliding. So thanks Free up Edited March 3 by Sparks.nl
