Handbinned memory ICs, KO-8154 with capmods. Couldn’t quite get the 4000 wall today, will try again tomorrow. IMC binning barely requires - 1 W3680 walls at 3780, this one’s wall not found yet.

    tried same setup again today. Saw 1992 at least 6 times again within an hour, yet never saw any higher. Could basically adjust anything (within reason) but saw no improvement. Hoping for IMC limit but suspecting stick limit.
