1) Ensure that you are logged in

2) go to the Team page you want to join, scroll down to Showcase Achievements

Find the Team Requests Button and press it

 

3)  A New button Team Request appears, press that one also

4) Your name will appear in the List, meaning you have to wait for Team Captain approval ( if needed PM him )

Team Captains have to check the same Team Requests button to see who wants to join
