Oh, my bad, I thought there was a limitation only on CPU frequency. There was a result with cache frequency 4500 on my flash drive, I have to look for it. Thanks for the comment!

    Yeah, many of the low-clock challenges in the past had no uncore/cpu-nb limitations, but this one does and it makes more sense this way.
