Hi! Apologies if I've posted in the wrong place, but I don't think I have - I had my username changed a few months ago and haven't been able to log in since, and if I try to request password reset instructions using either the old or new username, it says it's invalid. Any ideas what could be wrong?

    You have gotten a PM 3 days ago, I can't find your current username at Hwbot... so a bit of a dead end
