Not a bad start. If your CPU is SA bugged, swap to a bios with 0x129 for a shot at 8800+. Otherwise, you probably want to run 11F or older for effi. Even if you can't run higher freq or tCL 30 on ambient, you might still be able to run tRCD 45 or 46.
