Cannot handle AMD Ryzen 7 9700X Temperatures ?! 240 vs 360 AiO

Hey guys i have had made misterious experiences with my CPU.
I am not able to handle this one - the Ryzen 7 9700X is HOTtttttttttt - doesnt matter what i do.

What i expect is a significant difference between 240 AiO and 360 AiO also TOP vs FRONT Mount especially in IDLE and with OC off.
Am i hunting ghosts and dreams ? Or is my CPU a "very special" one ?

Hope you can help me with your experience.

4. MSI PRO X870E-P WIFI (BIOS 7E70v2A42)

5. 32GB DDR5 RAM

6. Creative Soundkarte

7. 27" Acer XF 144Hz & HP Omen 240Hz (1920x1080)

So now i switched to an 360 AiO Watercooler but still in IDLE with:

OC Features - OFF
ErP - Enabled
Powerplan - Balanced

I have 48°C in IDLE i also switched from TOP Mount blow out to FRONT Mount Pull in.
Only 5°C better ... (while my GPU is at same Temps as before - no difference)
With Gaming CPU 82°C - Core 79°C (360 AiO)
With Gaming CPU 89°C - Core 85°C (240 AiO)


When i turn OC on:

PBO - Enabled
EXPO - Enabled
105W - Enabled
Powerplan - Ultimative/Highest

I have 51°C in IDLE ...
With Gaming CPU 88°C - Core 84°C (360 AiO)
With Gaming CPU 92°C - Core 87°C (240 AiO)

It lookslike with this CPU there is no real difference between 240 AiO vs 360 AiO and OC vs non OC.
CPU Core is always running at a Minimum of 2460.0MHz - 2540.0MHz and a Maximum of 5.550.0MHz with OC and without OC, its equal.
OC Off a Maximum of 88W with OC 142W ...
